This Privacy Policy describes how TheBusyBit ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in relation to our mobile game. We are committed to protecting user privacy and ensuring a transparent gaming environment.

Our game uses Unity Player Authentication to allow users to sign in via their Google account. When you sign in, we may receive:

This information is used solely for user authentication, managing your unique player profile, and enabling cross-device synchronization. We do not use this data for marketing or sell it to third parties.

3. Cloud Save and Progress

To ensure you don't lose your progress, we use Unity Cloud Save. This service stores:

• Game progress (levels, achievements, character stats).
• In-game preferences and settings.
• The unique ID required to link this data to your account.

This data is encrypted and stored securely by Unity Technologies.

4. Advertising

Our game displays ads via Unity Ads. Unity Ads may collect IP addresses and device identifiers to deliver and measure ad performance. Note: We do not use personalized (targeted) advertising. Where required by law (e.g., GDPR), the app will request your consent for data processing upon the first launch. You can also opt-out of tracking via your device settings.

5. In-App Purchases

All financial transactions are processed securely through Google Play. We do not have access to, nor do we store, your credit card details or billing information.

6. Data Deletion and User Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data. To request the deletion of your account and all associated game data:

• Contact us at the email address provided in Section 10.
• Use the "Delete Account" button within the game settings menu (if available).

7. Children's Privacy

Our game is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we become aware that a child has provided us with personal information without parental consent, we will take steps to delete such information immediately.

8. Data Security

We and our third-party partners implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information. However, please be aware that no transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
